Following the success of the last two stonecarving weekends, Sibford School have asked me to run another between 23rd and 25th March.

The weekend is for beginners to understand and learn the basic techniques of carving. Starting with a simple two-dimensional drawing  you learn to cut the stone and make a relief carving. Those who have been on the course before are also welcome to return and I can help them progress further in their skills. We begin on a Friday evening with a discussion of ideas so everyone is psyched-up and ready to get going on the Saturday morning.
